Leadership Primer with Bruno Marti & Shane Lobsinger

Shane Lobsinger will be talking with one of the greatest culinary leaders, Chef Bruno Marti, about leadership and how great the responsibility actually is. See below for bios of the presenters.

Shane Lobsinger

Shane Lobsinger is a Red Seal cook and WSET sommelier who’s played every position in the restaurant game around Vancouver and the Island for the past 20 years.  He’s been focusing on leadership and education in recent years and is moving to Spain this winter to pursue his PhD while teaching culinary art and hospitality management near Barcelona.
