Ivy Knight

Ivy Knight’s byline can be found in Food & Wine, the New York Times and the New Yorker. She has interviewed everyone from Anthony Bourdain to Matty Matheson, Christina Tosi and René Redzepi. A line cook for a decade, she has been writing about the food scene for just as long. She has published two cookbooks and in her spare time she runs the world’s only parody Céline Dion meme account, @allezceline, devoted to poking fun at restaurant culture.

Zoë Pawlak

Zoë Pawlak is a Vancouver-based artist and industrial designer. Her professional practice includes painting, drawing and rug design. Her work balances technical confidence with an engaging personal narrative that unfolds into collective truth. In addition to work work, she co-founded an offline group for female entrepreneurs, has been engaged in public speaking, coaching girls basketball and mentorship both formally and informally over the span of her career. Her paintings are in the private collections of many fancy people and companies worldwide. Zoë and her team just launched an oracle deck and her first piece of published writing. Her heart is for the conversation around emotional, physical and spiritual wellness and sobriety.

Ned Bell

Ned Bell is a well-known Canadian culinary talent who has forged a path as a chef, sustainable seafood advocate, keynote speaker and educator. As one of the country’s leading chefs, he uses his voice, outgoing personality, and indomitable spirit to stand up for the world’s lakes, oceans, rivers, in addition to hyper-local farming sustainability through brand ambassador roles. Based in British Columbia, Ned is the co-owner of Hatch Hospitality, Chef Ambassador at Buy BC and Ocean Wise, Culinary Director at Planetary Health, Board Member and Co-Chair of Sustainability at the Chefs Table Society, and as culinary and restaurant consultant at Hatch Hospitality Inc.
