Brody White, Chop N Block

Brody is the Owner/Operator of the Chop N Block in Kamloops. Brody has deep roots in the food service industry. He split his culinary apprenticeship between Chef Bernard’s Cafe in Whistler and The Peartree with Chef Scott Jaeger in Burnaby during Scott’s 2007 Bocuse D’Or run. After traveling and cooking in Europe and the middle East Brody settled back in Kamloops to begin the next chapter of his life long apprenticeship, this time diving deep into the craft of butchery and charcuterie. The Chop N Block is a whole animal butcher shop and deli focused on providing quality meats, sausage and charcuterie. They also wholesale their products to both food service and food retailers across the province of BC.
