Dr. Samarasekera’s medical degree was obtained from the University of British Columbia in 2007. He completed his residency in Urology at UBC, obtaining his fellowship (FRCSC) in 2012. After a two-year fellowship in robotic and laparoscopic surgery at the Cleveland Clinic, Dr. Samarasekera returned to Vancouver. He also holds a degree in mechanical engineering. Dr. Samarasekera’s urological practice is based out of Surrey, BC.
