Erin is passionate to help people and companies take their wellness to the next level. She brings with her decades of expertise in mental health and wellness, leadership coaching, HR, training and facilitation. While managing a national mental health strategy for a large retailer, she helped them win The Workplace Well-being Award from The Canadian Positive Psychology Association.

With international experience from Canada and Europe in a variety of corporate and non-profit environments, Erin brings certifications and experience as a Psychological Health & Safety Advisor, Mental Health First Aider, Trauma Informed Coach and mentor, Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, alongside a Neuroscience in Coaching, and CIPD (UK HR qualifications), specializing in learning and development.
