Tommy Aird, Tommy’s Whole Grain

Tommy Aird is the owner of Tommy’s Whole Grain. A small retail bakery in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside, we mill all our own flour on an 8-inch stone mill, and don’t separate any of the components of the grain, ever. This is the foundation of our work, and insures the best flavour, nutrient density, and lowest amount of waste.
