Attend one of two foraging expeditions around the grounds of North Arm Farm with Chef Paul Moran. Learn about indigenous species thriving amidst the fields, along the treelines, and along the paths of NAF. Help the Chef teams by collecting ingredients for use in the days’ upcoming meals!

Paul Moran – Sixty Forty

Chef Paul Moran, a fifth generation forager and winner of top chef Canada season 7. Paul has dedicated his career and life to the pursuit of finding the absolute best ingredients to use in his kitchens. His newest farm dinning venue named Sixty Forty was aptly named to represent 60 percent ingredients 40 percent technique. Paul’s foraging abilities have been developed in countless countries along side industry experts combined with his family’s lineage of knowledge.
