Leading Beyond The Pass
Now in our fifth year at COOKSCAMP, go2HR returns with:
Leading Beyond the Pass: Taking Care of Yourself While Taking Care of Everyone Else
At some point in every chef’s career, the job becomes about more than food. Suddenly you’re managing people, navigating conflict, mentoring staff, and carrying the weight of a team through busy services and long seasons.
Join go2HR for an honest conversation about leadership in today’s kitchens. Together we’ll explore communication, resilience, burnout, mentorship, and the impact leaders have on the people around them. Expect stories, discussion, reflection, and practical takeaways you can bring back to your kitchen.
No PowerPoint. No leadership jargon. Just real conversations about becoming the chef you would have wanted to work for.
