Based in Port Moody, Tina is a certified STOTT Pilates instructor and has taught group classes since 2018.
She has taught all levels classes at the YMCA, corporate groups and more recently teaches at both the downtown Vancouver and Coquitlam Club Pilates.
A desk worker for almost 20 years, Tina was attracted to Pilates to help reverse the damage done from constantly sitting. The benefits of this ‘Mindful Movement’ continue to help her and her clients feel stronger and taller daily and she looks forward to sharing some tactics to help relieve some of the pains of standing all day!
