The Great Alignment – 2026

The hospitality industry thrives on collaboration, yet many independent organizations operate in silos, often duplicating efforts or missing opportunities to support one another. In 2025, COOKSCAMP brought together “The Great Alignment” panel to have leaders from diverse hospitality organizations share their initiatives, strategies and focus. The goal? To build a stronger, more connected industry by cultivating a shared understanding of our collective purpose and aligning efforts for greater impact working together toward a more unified hospitality community.
